• Delivering your results — your email address is used to send you your reading, PDF report, and compatibility results

Your data is stored in:

• Google Sheets — hosted on Google's secure infrastructure, accessible only to our admin account (the.compatibilitycode@gmail.com)
• Gmail — email delivery via Google's servers

Google's infrastructure is protected by industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Google's privacy practices are governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your numerology reading data for as long as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the.compatibilitycode@gmail.com.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove your data from our records within 30 days.

• Google Sheets — stores reading data
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces for page display
• Hostinger — website hosting

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data:

• Access to stored data is limited to our admin account only
• We do not store passwords or payment information
• Session links use unique identifiers and have no expiration date

10. Legal Basis for Processing

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects. Your numerology reading is generated through mathematical calculation (Pythagorean numerology system) and does not constitute a legal, financial, or medical assessment.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will:

• Notify affected users via email within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach
• Describe the nature of the breach and the data involved
• Provide steps you can take to protect yourself
